At the Create Player screen, enter your first name as MICRO and last name as MAN. Start an exhibition game with him, and everything will be small.

By hitting strong or fierce in the first frames during a throw, you can enable your character to land on his/her feet and be in position to strike back. You can also flip out of a hold after the first hit, if you time the button correctly.
