At the start of a race when the Yellow Light turns on, press X.
Debug Mode
At the Main Menu, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Select. Four numbers will appear in the lower-right of the screen. Enter 4E43* to access extra characters. Or, enter 4154** to access all tracks.
