Fifa '98Perfect Players
Go to player edit and go to someone from another team. Take all their skills down to 35 and when you are on the + side, go to your team and make any player perfect.
Increase Team Bankroll
Go to the team edit screen and press Square, X, Square, L2, L1. Once entered, you can highlight the money option and change the amount.
Unlimited Player Attributes
At the Player Edit screen, higlight any one of the attributes and press L1, L2, X, Square, X.
Control Ball Physics (PAL Version)
At the Team Edit screen, press Square, X, Square, L2, L1.
Harder Kicks
At the Team Selection screen, press R1, L1, Down, Up, Left.
Adjust Lighting
Pause gameplay and press Square, Triangle, X, Square, Triangle, Triangle, X, X, Square(6x), Triangle(5x).

At the Team Management screen, select Transfers, then press L2, L1, R2, R1, Square, Triangle, Up, Down, Left, Right, Select.

Rename any player to any of the following:

Van Basten
