Play Evil Panel
In the Battle Panel mini-game, beat the CPU 10 consecutive times. Then in the top menu select Battle Panel while holding L1 + L2 + R1 + R2.

To fight as the following characters, complete the game with its corresponding character under Acrade mode:
Fight as Kouji Masuda - Use any male character
Fight as Clair Andrews - Use any female character
Fight as Yuffie Kisaragi - Cloud
Fight as Vincent Valentine - Tifa
Fight as Django - Use the eight regular non-Final Fantasy 7 characters
Fight as Zack - Use all Final Fantasy 7 characters

without continuing, you'll get ship that has 9,999 for the gunpods it finds or has
