Speed Power Gunbike Power Moves
To do a G-power dash you at least need 1 level in the G-power bar. In robot fighting mode rapidly press up and triangle together. If done properly your robot will rise and do a super dash until your G-power level is empty. Press X to speed up and press O with a chosen direction to take sharp turns while dashing.
To summon a Gun Weapon you will need 1 level of G-power. In robot fighting mode press and hold triangle and do an anti-clockwise starting from up.
To do a hyper dash you must be in rally or bike mode and speeding at a rate that when you transform into robot bode you will do a dash. While transforming into robot mode hold the square button and do an anti-clockwise starting from up.

Scenario 3:
Get into top three in scenario 2 at the end to unlock five new cars in single player, two player, and time attack modes, and the Pacific and Japan races.

Get first place in scenario 3 to unlock five new cars in single player, two player, and time attack modes.
Scenario 5:
Set the number of laps to 20 in scenario 4. Then finish in third at the end to unlock eight cars.
Scenario 6:

Scenario 7:

Streak: Hoverboard Racing All Riders

Syphon Filter All Weapons and Unlimited Ammo
Pause gameplay, highlight Weapons, then hold Right + L2 + R2 + Circle + Square + X. Only the weapons currently in the given level will become available.
Level Select
Pause gameplay, highlight Select Mission, then hold Left + R1 + L1 + Select + Square + X.
Silenced 9mm Power-Up
Pause gameplay, highlight Silenced 9mm under the Weapons Option, then press Left + L1 + R2 + Select + Square + X.
Weaker Opponents
Pause gameplay, highlight Map and press Right + L2 + R1 + X.
Theater Mode
In Level One, go to the theater and right in front of the doors, press Start and highlight the Maps screen. Press and hold Right + L2 + R1 + X. You will hear "Got it" and the doors will open. Press X to skip and Start to quit.
Survive Burning
After catching on fire, quickly press Start, then Start again.
X-Ray Vision
Use the virus scanner to look through the walls for enemies.
Expert Mode
At the Title screen, highlight New Game and hold Left + L1 + R2 + Select + Sqaure + Circle + X. If done correctly, you will hear damn it.
Syphon Filter 2 Expert Mode
At the Title screen, highlight One Player and hold Up + L1 + R2 + Select + Circle + X + Square at the same time.
Mission Select
Pause gameplay and highlight Map. Hold Right + L2 + R2 + Circle + Square + X at the same time. Then enter the options screen and choose Cheats.
Movie Theater
Pause gameplay, highlight Briefing, hold Right + L1 + R2 + Circle + X at the same time. Then enter Options and choose Cheats.
Super Agent Mode
Pause gameplay and highlight Weaponry. Hold L2 + Select + Circle + Square + X at the same time. If done correctly, you will heara sound. Then enter the options screen and choose Cheats.
